I’ll be out of town for a few days, all of the programming is listed by date below this workout. There is no 9 a.m. today, Thursday, October 15! All other classes will be as normal! Don’t forget, Bring a friend on Saturday and have a fun workout! Also, there will be Open Gym on Sunday, 2-3:30!

Bulgarian Split Squats x 8 reps each leg
Rest 45 seconds between legs, 45 before moving on
Pronated-Grip Strict Pull-Ups x 5 reps

75 Double Unders

50 Wall Ball Shots (20/12 lbs)

25 Burpees

50 Wall Balls (20/12 lbs)
