Hey guys! We are going to have a grill out Friday night at the gym (rain or shine) after 16.3! We will have burgers and brats and some side items to go with it.
Here’s what I need to know, please sign up in the gym or comment on the FB group.

Are you coming, if so, how many in party?
What can you bring from the list of items below:
Mustard.
Mayo.

Plates, napkins, forks
Burger fiixings (pickles, tomatoes, onion slices, whatever)
Guacamole
Chips.
Paleo desert
Non paleo desert

If you have something in addition to this list you’d like to bring, feel free, just post in comments. I’d like to make it as paleo as possible.
