Single-Arm Trap 3 Raises x 8-10 reps

Rest 30 seconds if needed.

Rounds of 15, 12 and 9 reps for time of:
Thrusters (recommended weights 135/95 lbs) If unable to do those weights, go heavier than you normally would.


10 Dumbell Thrusters (45/25) No one should be using anything less than 15-20# DB, don’t even try to.
10 Dumbell Burpees
5 Rounds
