Here is a workout you can do at home!
High kicks x 20 (walking)
Cossack Squats x 10 leading with the right leg, then 10 leading with left leg
Knee hugs x 20
Squats x 20 with 5 second eccentric and 2 second hold at bottom
400 meter easy jog
Spend 20 minutes working on your mobility and foam rolling. Follow this video from K Star!
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
200 meter run
20 mountain climbers
10 air squats (make sure you’re reaching depth and staying open!)
10 burpee broad jumps
