15 Toes to Bar
12 Pull Ups

The toes to bar and pull ups are going to be grip taxing and shoulder intensive. Create a strategy by breaking them up into small sets: 5 T2B/4-6 PU would be one way. Manage your resting period by keeping check on how many seconds of rest you take. It’s ok to create a measured rest, its not ok to just stand around resting for an indefinite amount of time, and not work. Can’t get better that way.
