AMRAP 3 sets  12 minutes each set
Set 1. – 500 meter row
push ups x 8
Russian Twists x 10

Set 2. 400 meter run
8 Slamball Over Shoulder
8 Russian KB Swings

Set 3. 90s Single Unders
10 Air Squats
3 Turkish Get-Ups

Your objective is to move consistently and without stopping. Use a weight that will allow constant movement. Your heart rate will increase but should not be so high you have to stop and rest.  You can work with a partner and start on different sets to limit the amount of equip needed.
