Saturday we will cancel class due to the Beale Street event. Please plan to attend and support our Strongmen/women!! so sorry I will be missing this!!

This is a 5 movement sequence. Once you start the sequence, you must not let the bar leave your hand until after 7 sets of the 5 movement sequence has been completed. You can rest the bar on the hip, front rack or back rack (momentarily) but you must keep it in control at all times. Rest as needed after the 7 sets have been completed.
You will complete a total of 5 sets. 5 Burpee penalty if you release the bar to the floor.
This complex can be performed with a multitude of different weights which will give you a different physical response. Today, we will follow an RX for males and females 95/65lbs but I challenge you to take up a notch if you feel confident once you get warmed up.
