Clean & Jerk work
We’ll spend some time on C&J technique work and then you’ll have about 20-30 min to work to a 2 rep heavy set. Depth will be full squat, jerk can be push jerk or split jerk, wherever you are most technically proficient.
I’ve seen all of these mistakes so take the time to view the video, pick out one flaw you have and work on correcting it today.
