Remember, we will run a skeleton schedule all week. M-F 5a.m. and M-F 6p.m. only. If you can’t make it in during those times, the front desk will allow you to do open gym and you can do our workout.

EMOM x 10 min, Hang Power Clean x 3 (focus on getting into full extension – use a CHALLENGING¬†weight but not a weight you’re fighting. PULL UNDER YOUR BAR INTO A PARTIAL SQUAT)

Then:

20 minute AMRAP
30 Double-Unders
20 *Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
10 Handstand Push Ups

*Try to go unbroken on these, and focus on the breathing we’ve been discussing in class. If done properly you should be able to move right into your HSPU without having to rest or “catch your breath”.
