Take a few warm up sets to find a moderate weight to use for all sets. The weight should be heavy enough that the last 2 reps of each set should suck but not cause you to lose form.

10 Pistols (per leg)
12 bar touch burpees (6-8” above reach)
*We’ve been practicing your hollow/superman in your warm ups and adding pressing “away” from the bar with your shoulders. This should be your approach on your T2B today. Even if you can’t get your toes up to the bar, I want you to really work on activating your lats, traps and staying tight.
