The biggest barrier that keeps most people from reaching their goals is the emotional decision to stay home (I don’t feel like going) and relax instead of logically (my body needs the work) deciding to go to the gym and train. Do this once or twice and you are now creating a habit (bad habit). It’s difficult to snap out of it and you’ll have to put in twice the work to break that bad habit.
