Back Squat x 3-5 reps
Rest 20 seconds
Strict Supinated-Grip Pull-Ups x Max Reps
Rest 2 minutes

Then:

Two sets:
Row 500 Meters
30 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
15 Toes to Bar

Rest 3 minutes between sets.

With your squats today, let’s really focus on bracing and twisting open so you’re using your glutes in every rep.  Same with your wall balls. Additionally with your wall balls, focus on staying tight at the bottom and controlling your breathing.
