Hey guys! I want to let you all know that on Tuesday we have a 5k run programmed. I know not many of you like running but please consider showing up and giving it a good go. This will be good for you to do so give it your very best effort. I am letting you know ahead of time so you can be properly hydrated and bring your music, correct shoes and use any timing devices you have. I most definitely want everyone to note their time so you’ll be able to do a comparison when we do another 5k. We will enter the Greenline behind Dulins at the back of the parking lot. Come to the gym as you normally would and your coaches will give you further instruction. Its 3.1 miles, you’ll be ok, I promise! Sweating is good for the soul!!
