Remember! Our new Committed Club started September 1! At the end of the month, we will announce via our website and Facebook all of those who make it into our CrossFit NBS Committed Club in September! Being a part of our committed club is an honor and a testament to your focus on your fitness gains! The more you’re at CFNBS, the closer you are to your goals! To be a part of the Committed Club, you must train in a class at CFNBS, 15 times per month. If you’re at a point where you’re taking your training to another level, then train 20 times per month and be a VIP!
Becoming an inaugural VIP Member, will get you the opportunity to create a WOD for everyone to do!
