Pull Ups x 7
Weighted GHD SU x 9
I’m looking for perfect positioning on the HSPU and Pull Up with purposeful use of lats on each. We will work for 18 min. Rest as needed to maintain good positioning.
If you’re new to kipping pull ups, this is a pretty good video that breaks the pull up down. However, as you progress through the learning phase, you will want to tighten your legs up so your hip will transfer power more efficiently.
