Pause Snatch (3 position)
Power, Knee, Floor
We will pause at each of the positions listed above. At the high hang (power) position, make sure you’re weight is distributed to mid foot. When pausing at the knee, make sure your weight gets distributed to the heel. Pause just above the floor – take the time to get your lats contracted and pay attention to where your weight is distributed. We will work these positions first and then work into some moderate to heavy weight.
