All classes will be as normal through Wednesday evening. Thursday morning we will have a 5a.m. and a noon, no evening classes. Friday, no classes. I will give you a day pass if you’d like to come in and workout!
No Saturday class. I will post a workout you can do at home on Saturday!
Deadlift: Add 10# to your 1RM,
take 90%, complete the following sets:
5@65%, 5@75%, 5+@85%
Between sets, complete 15 GHD Sit ups
for a total of 4 sets
Four sets of:
Front Rack Split Squats x 8/leg (hold DB in opposite arm of front leg)
Supine Row x 10
*Push Press x 10
*Set your barbell for push press and use the same bar for your vertical rows.
