Congratulations to all of our St. Jude half and full marathon participants! I know you will all kick butt! The rest of you….grab your friends and get to the gym!  Here’s you a wod in support of the runners!

In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, complete the following for time:

1600 Meter Relay Run (alternating 400 meters)

8 Ring Dips

12 Push-Ups

16 Air Squats
