*Ground to Overhead can be a cluster, snatch or clean & jerk. Every rep must come from the floor and end in the overhead lock out position.
On your box jumps, let’s practice with jump ups and step downs for more efficiency. Reduce your movement once coming off the box by being mindful of where your foot lands and as soon as both feet are on the floor, get right back into your jump.
