I’ve been really trying to hammer everyone to keep those knees back in your KB swings. Swings should not be a squat-like or quad dominate movement, instead, they should be a hamstring, glute movement with lat contraction at all times. If you’re not hinging at the hip and sitting back slightly, you’re working too hard.
