Remember, we will run a skeleton schedule all week. M-F 5a.m. and M-F 6p.m. only. If you can’t make it in during those times, the front desk will allow you to do open gym and you can do our workout.
Not for time:
(KB) Overhead Walking Lunge Right arm x 20’
then, single leg RDL x 10 (same KB)
Overhead walking lunges Left arm x 20’,
then, single leg RDL x 10
Repeat for 3 rounds,
then:
Left side Plank Hold x 1 minute
Right Side Plank Hold x 1 minute
Burpees x 1 min
