5 Strict Handstand Push-Ups (scale to pike if necessary)

10 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)

40 Double-Unders (30 seconds of attempts)

20/15 Hand-Release Push-Ups

10 Pull-Ups (scale to ring rows if no pull ups)

Rest 8 minutes, and then…

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

20 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

15 Toes to Bar (scale to hanging knee raises if no toes to bar)

10/5 Ring Dips (use assisted dip machine if no dips)
