Our CrossFit Fundamental Course is designed to help build your knowledge and confidence in the fundamental movements of CrossFit so you can get going in our regular classes and get the most out of your experience.
The group fundamental class will be 3 sessions starting in January:
Monday, January 9th @7pm
Wednesday, January 11th @7pm
Saturday, January 14th, @8:30am
This class will cover everything you need to know to start our regular CrossFit group training. The cost is $99 and includes the three fundamentals classes and two weeks of CrossFit classes.
If you can’t make these dates, don’t worry, you can also do the fundamentals 1-on-1 with one of our CrossFit coaches for $149 and two weeks of CrossFit classes.
