If you’re planning on doing Murph with a weighted vest, wear your vest for this workout.
400 meter run
then:
Every 90 seconds for 30 minutes complete the following:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
then:
400 meter run
*Your 30 minutes starts after you complete your 400 meter run. The last run will start after you complete your 30 minutes of work.
