HSPU x 5-7
Toes to Bar x 5-7

Focus on getting your tripod position for your HSPU and pressing into your lockout, screw your hands in the ground to keep lats activated.

For Toes to Bar, practice keeping the legs straight and bringing the feet up in a controlled motion.
