Today we will work on Handstand Push Ups and kipping HSPU prior to the workout. We have several different modifications for whatever level you’re at so get in and get some HSPU work done along with these other gymnastic movements!
Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes:
Minute 1: Kipping Handstand Push-Up x 8-10 reps
Minute 2: Alternating Pistols x 16 reps (8 each leg)
Minute 3: Toes-to-Bar 8-10 reps (working on movement efficiency – make these as effortless as possible)
