40 Walking Lunges (with DB at shoulders) with 20 Sit-ups after lunge number 13, 26 and 40 (60 total sit-ups when you complete your lunges)
400 meter Run
*A suggested weight on these could be 30-35 lbs/15-20 lbs. While the man maker is a difficult movement, you’re only doing 10/round. Make it tough but stay stable, tight, and contract lats properly.
