Handstand Push Ups
Kipping Handstand Push Ups
The modifications will be as follows:
Push Ups
Downward Dog HSPU (Piked)
If you can do HSPU to at least 1 mat, we will work on the kip.
Then:
Deadlift x 20 seconds, rest 40 seconds (this should be a weight you can easily manage for the full 20 seconds)
Chest to Bar Pull Ups x 20 seconds, rest 40 seconds
10 rounds
Cash out 50 Double Unders
